About Us

Our Story

We are a locally owned and operated business. God opened the door for us to take over a waste management business in August of 2019 and with much pray the Lord has grown it to what it is today.

Heritage WM team

Justin, with a degree in diesel mechanic left a job in the Natural Gas field in Oct 2020 to concentrate on Heritage. He keeps up with all truck maintenance, drives the roll-off truck, fills in for the guys driving trash truck along with the responsibilities of running a business. He enjoys going to local town hall meetings and gatherings to talk about trash and has been known to donate trash service for community events. He also spends a lot of time at the Haskell County Transfer station where he the transfer trailer driver. He wears many hats.

Katee, full time homeschooling mom of four with a degree in Culinary Arts, shut down her small custom cake shop in Jan 2020 to fully focus on the kids and running the office of Heritage. In the beginning she spent countless hour following trash trucks and greeting customers. Working to get the office together and running, after getting the office and computer systems up and running she pasted the front of the office to her mother, Andrea, and now works behind the scene, keeping up with the books. She can show up anytime delivering anything that the guys need with the four trash monkeys in tow.

Randy, our long-time family friend who became our amazing foreman, he left his job with a local waste management company to join in with us on this great adventure. Randy has worked in the trash industry for 27 years and is one of our greatest blessings. He has worked tirelessly on this business alongside us from the beginning. He is a favorite among the kids along his routes and has been seen handing out hats and toy trash trucks on occasion. He keeps the crews running, creating routes and helps run the ins and outs of the business. When he’s not on route he is working at the Haskell Transfer Station.

Andrea, the voice in the office, took over answer the phones, keeping the routes in order and running the office in April 2021. She is great at her job and is always the friendly voice on the other end of the line. Her organization and kind leadership help us get our daily jobs done as efficiently as possible. She works long hours and often on the weekend just to keep caught up. It’s not easy keeping up with all these men.

A shout out to our sweet Sheila, in the beginning Sheila hand typed and kept all our routes in order. If you think this is simple you haven’t done it before. She continues to work behind the scenes making sure the guys get all their notes and getting information back to the offices. On occasion, she can still be found alongside Randy in his daily duties.

We have been so blessed to have these amazing people who have worked alongside us from the beginning. We pray God will continue to help us service our customers and continue to make great relationships with our customers.
